If you speak to people concerning the second coming of Christ, many often say they would be able to recognize Him. They usually say, “I will know Jesus came again because at his first coming he performed many miracles, and so he will work the same kind of miracles in the last days.” Keeping this in mind, let’s see what Jesus Christ said about miracles and his second coming.
Jesus Christ spoke to his disciples at his first coming about his second coming. He warned them not to be deceived, for many would come claiming to be the Christ and would deceive many. This message was not for the disciples living at that time, but for a future generation, namely us. Then, we must know the characteristics of these false Christ’s or we will be deceived? (Matthew 24:24) False Christ’s are able to perform great miracles that deceive the people into believing that they are the Christ. If we base our belief on miracles, then who is to say we will not be one of those deceived as prophesied. Apostle Paul spoke about counterfeit miracles and those who believe them. (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12). In his letter, Paul said that people are deceived because they believe the miracles instead of believing the truth. Therefore, we will not be able to recognize second coming Christ based upon miracles, but by believing in the truth. Where is the Truth found? It is found in the Bible. The true Christ must bring salvation. Salvation means eternal life. The way Christ gave eternal life 2000 years ago was through the Passover bread and Passover wine representing his flesh and blood. No one has kept the New Covenant Passover since the time of the early church until now.
Christ Ahnsahnghong appeared in 1948 and began to teach the people through the Bible the truth of the Passover. It was not with great miracles that he showed he was Christ, but by showing the way to salvation as prophesied. If we hold on to our fixed concepts on miracles, then we will perish because we did not heed the warnings given to us through the Bible.

Miracles are not the sign of the True Christ
Don’t try to understand Christ from your own viewpoint
When God came to this earth 2000 years ago, he appeared as a normal man. At that time there were many Jewish people who believed in God, but they had their own thoughts about how the Christ would come. When Christ came in a way contrary to their expectation, they could not accept their God who came to save them from sin. The people only judged Jesus from their own point of view. When you put yourself in their shoes, it is not easy to believe in him. Imagine a man you knew since childhood, whose family you knew, who may have worked in your home doing carpentry, and one day that man starts proclaiming salvation and that he is the Christ. Can you really say that it’s easy to believe? You may say “yes”, but at that time most likely you would not have believed. (Matthew 13:53-58). Even though Jesus Christ was the Messiah that came as prophesied, he was hated by the people. Jesus rebuked the Jewish leaders at the time who judged him from their own viewpoint. (John 8:13-15). As a Christian we can not make the same mistake. The apostle Paul spoke to the church in Corinth concerning this matter. (2 Corinthians 5:16). Even though it may be difficult, we must see with our spiritual eyes. In these last days, Christ Ahnsahnghong, second coming Christ, came to this earth. Even though the world hates him and rejects him without reason, we must not be like that. We can not judge Christ by worldly standards. Christ Ahnsahnghong is God who came to this earth in human likeness, appearing as a common man, having lowered himself once again for our sins.
We must do as Christ did if we are true Christians
When the message of the New Covenant Passover established by Jesus Christ and reestablished by Christ Ahnsahnghong is preached, many often reject this truth of salvation. There are those that claim the Passover does not need to be kept, because all you need is faith in Jesus Christ to be saved. If that were true, why are there so many verses written in the Bible? What does the Bible say about faith? (James 2:24). What a man does goes hand in hand with a man’s faith. Then, what exactly do we have to do if we have faith in Christ? (John 13:15). As a Christian, we must do as Jesus did. The example of Christ is what we must follow, and the disciples and apostles of the early church followed that example. When we read the book of Corinthians, Apostle Paul says, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.”(1 Corinthians 11:1). When we continue to read in that same chapter, Paul discusses one of those examples in particular. (1 Corinthians 11:23). If we have faith in Christ, the thing we are to do is obey the Word of God. As Christ set the example of keeping the New Covenant Passover, so Apostle Paul followed that example and kept the New Covenant Passover. Our action must be to do as Christ did in obedience to all of his teachings. (James 1:22).(John 8:51).
What is Christ’s purpose for coming a second time?
The purpose and reason we believe in the Bible is to lead us to the Savior. By coming to the Savior we are able to receive the goal of our faith, the salvation of our souls. When Jesus came to earth 2000 years ago he brought salvation. The disciples testified to this fact to the teachers of the law at the Sanhedrin, but they did not believe. (Acts 4:12). If salvation exists, then what is Jesus’ purpose in coming in the last days? The writer of the book of Hebrews stated: “…he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.” (Hebrews 9:28). Why does Christ have to bring salvation when we are already supposed to have it? It doesn’t make any sense…if you don’t know the way Jesus Christ gave us salvation. How did Jesus give salvation to the disciples at his first coming? What is the only way to receive eternal life according to his word? What is the covenant that he made for us? (John 6:53-56). We have eternal life by eating Christ’s flesh and drinking his blood. On which night did he give this promise? (Matthew 26:17-19; 26-28). Salvation is given through the Passover bread and Passover wine. No churches keep the New Covenant Passover according to the bible, except the Church of God World Mission Society. No other church has salvation. No other church has the second coming of Christ. Christ Ahnsahnghong brought back the Passover, the salvation that Jesus Christ was prophesied to bring. Then who is he?
How can I know Christ Ahsahnghong is God?
What is the only way to recognize Christ, God in the flesh? (Colossians 2:9). At Christ’s first coming, many did not recognize Him and ultimately crucified Him. We don’t want to make the same mistake, do we? Then, how did the true disciples of Jesus recognize Him as the Messiah? It was not the miracles that He performed that convinced them, but their belief in the Word of God. From the beginning of His ministry up until His ascension into heaven, Jesus used the bible to prove he was the Christ. (Luke 24:26-27). How then should we recognize Christ at His second coming? It is only through the eye of biblical prophecy that we are able to recognize Christ. Christ Ahnsahnghong is the second coming Jesus Christ because He fulfilled all prophecy, including those prophecies that Jesus left unfulfilled at His first coming. If everything were fulfilled at His first coming, there would be no need for a second coming. Those who believe the bible and the prophecies will recognize Christ Ahnsahnghong as God who has come in the flesh in these last days.
