Throughout the world there are countless theories and theological schools concerning God. Each theology has some kind of philosophy behind it as to what man thinks about God, life, heaven, etc. Yet for all that, what matters most is God’s word of promise. The Bible teaches us that we should not hold to philosophy of man. (Colossians 2:8). Since before the time of Greece, philosophy has played a role in the world. Overtime people began to apply philosophical ideas to scripture, and it is one of the reasons that so many denominations exist today. Apostle Paul spoke of how foolish it is to apply human wisdom and understanding to the ways of God. (1 Corinthians 1:20-25). Man thinks from man’s point of view. When we only see things in that way, then we can never understand reality. God came to show us the reality, but people refused to believe. It is the same now. Men are still holding to their philosophies, making it hard for them to accept second coming Christ. Christ Ahnsahnghong came to earth so that we could understand what could not be understood through man’s power. Anyone who let’s go of their own way of thought, believing in the words of the Bible, will be able to receive Christ Ahnsahnghong and eternal life.

Let Us Set Our Minds on Heaven
As children of God, we must not live our lives for earthly things but seek the Kingdom of God. (Matthew 6:25)(Matthew 6:33) Even though we live as human beings on earth, it is our spirits with which God is concerned. The flesh passes away, but our spirits will continue on. (Ecclesiastes 12:7). It is because our spirits will endure, that we ought to set our minds on what is above, not earthly things. (Colossians 3:2). We are citizens of heaven, not of this earth. (Philippians 3:20-21). We were lost on this earth, but our Father came again to remind us of our home, the heavenly kingdom. Thanks to God Ahnsahnghong, our King and Savior!
