Colossians 1:26-27 “the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. To them, God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles, the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” It is clear that Jesus Christ is a mystery to other people, but to the saints this mystery is made known. That is why Jesus Christ gave the secrets of heaven only to His disciples.
Matthew 13:11 “He replied, ‘The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.’”
It is important to understand that heaven is a mystery that only God knows, and unless God reveals it to His people, they would not know either and fail to receive salvation. For this reason, Jesus Christ came to this earth 2000 years ago to give His people the knowledge of salvation by letting them know the truth about the kingdom of heaven. “…and the dust returns to the ground it came from and the spirit returns to God who gave it.” (Eccl 12:7) Jesus Christ taught that our bodies will be buried while our spirits will go back to heaven. He taught that all men are born into this earth as lost angels from heaven and because of sin we cannot return. This is why Jesus died on the cross.
But who knew our soul was from heaven? Who could prove this through the Bible? Christ Ahnsahnghong taught through the Scriptures that our spirits are from heaven just as Jesus Christ taught 2000 years ago and showed us the way to return.
“I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer” (Luke 22:14). “While they were eating, Jesus took bread…take and eat this is my body…then He took the cup…this is my blood…for many for the forgiveness of sin” (Matt. 26:26-27).
